Qualifications

1. Require a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business administration or related field. Other qualifications include at least 10 years+ of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.

2. Management responsibilities include formulating manufacturing operations strategies and driving business results. This includes ensuring the highest quality, materials and production standards, overseeing manufacturing budgets and working with the Technical & Merchandising Departments to manufacture quality products that will meet customers' expectations in the most cost-effective manner. 

Qualifications

Require a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related field. 10+ years in footwear development or production. Management Responsibilities

1.    Responsible for supply chain planning (material, costing) and sourcing strategy.

2.    Ensure smooth transition between product development, sourcing and manufacturing.

3.    Responsible for securing and optimizing the best possible factory resources in Asia (China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia).

4.    Communicate with and influence team members in sales promotions (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada etc), supply chain planning, suppliers in Asia to coordinate process and scheduling decisions and align manufacturing strategies.
