Position Title:Senior Engineer

Job Description
1.Focus on ladies and men’s footwears, handbags and accessories
2.Product development from sketch to first sample until bulk production
3.Direct communication with design team as well as their technicians
4.Check samples from manufacture and write comments and additional workmanship instructions
5.Assist manufacturers in case of technical problems
6.Set up standard for bulk production and guide our internal technical team and manufacturer
7.Frequent traveling to manufacturer sites
8.Hold pre-production meeting on site in order to set standard and point out potential problems

Skill Requirement:
1.Minimum 5 years experience in similar position
2.Able to understand and interpret designer’s sketches and worksheets
3.Strong knowledge in product construction,weaving and fabric finishing
4.Basic know-how in washing procedures
5.Basic know-how in pattern construction and grading
6.Strong know-how in selecting suitable interling(fusing) according to the topic
7.Able to identify potential problems before bulk production
8.Experience in bulk production inspections(systematic in-line inspection, AQL final inspection)
9.Experience with Coral Draw of high advantage
10.Able to lead, guide and train a team of technicians and quality controller
